Honestly, the most common one we get is people coming in in the morning and being like "I really want a cake or something as well but it took early" and I'm always like... Who's telling you that you can't have one because I'm certainly not ✨

Fulfilling my supportive barista duty of reminding people that they are an adult and if they want a pain au raisin with jam or any other random combination of things they are in fact absolutely allowed to have that and I will support it ✌️

The padding restricts the movement a bit and the whole lack of grip because covered head to toe but we make it work lol

I'm honestly just mostly frustrated as it's been consistently 'okay' for the past 2 years or so and I've been making slow progress on my flexibility and suddenly it's just flared up again for apparently no reason 😑
Guess it's just recovery life for the next week...

I've had a quick peak now and again, but the problem with pole heels is people buy them for like £120 and want to resell them for like £90-£100 and I'm usually like... I'll just wait for a sale on new ones 😅 I did buy a new pole bag of there though for an absolute bargain price 👌👌👌

Treated myself to some new pole heels as they were on MEGA sale and I couldn't say no at that price 😅
Also my current pair were very much in need of replacing....

I usually do flex classes at home which are somewhere between pilates and yoga, so was nice to do just a yoga class and have a second to just slow it down and sit in some shapes. Also the whole being hot was quite nice as I do love the warm!! Might have to treat myself to another now and again

Was supposed to do badminton last night but somehow ended up at hot yoga instead 😅 Was pretty fun though and feel like I've had a good biiiiiig stretch today!
