Just wrote a letter to mark Carney and also to my MP, Zoe Royer, protesting the banning of Kneecap from performing in Canada. I hope that others do the same.

From what I've been able to glean, it looks like Trump's "solution" will remove all means that Palestine has to prevent Israel from totally obliterating Gaza. And the West bank will be next.

I read the first book once. Long time ago - I don't remember it well. But what I really liked of LeGuin's was a short story, or maybe essay (that ambiguity is one of the things that makes it so interesting), called "The Ones Who walked Away From Omelas."
Have you come across that one?
Did anyone expect anything different?
