Google's AI output connecting hyperstition, a process by which fiction becomes real, and AI, arguably, the most effective present moment, means of creating reality out of fiction. The definition given: "hyperstition, a term coined by philosopher nick land describes a fictional idea that, through its own existence, and widespread belief causes itself to become a reality."

This image describes how ai shapes reality, specifically listing self fulfilling prophecies, economic and cultural drivers, and AI-generated narratives. These concepts, fictions at time point 0, can become real through belief and uh, the influence of economic, social, and cultural investment. At a future time point n, the fiction of time point 0, may become real.

This last pain indicates another element of the reality-making process, positive feedback loops. In a positive feedback loop, AI "becomes more powerful" and " generate and spread these narratives more effectively creating an even stronger feedback. Loop, where fiction becomes reality and the machine itself becomes a key of come opponent, making these narratives manifest."

I've always enjoyed meta humor (long before #facebook changed its name to #meta and made itself a meta joke). This is why I find it funny to include a #Google #AI definition of #hyperstition, and a description of how AI generates self-fulfilling prophecies.

Since #Meta and #Facebook actively promote conspiracy theory content, i wonder if I should indulge my own inner conspiracy detector.

Silicon Valley #accelerationism has embraced #hyperstition, and is actively shaping bespoke realities by algorithm to fracture democratic consensus.

How did I do?

The weirdest thing on #Facebook Reels is the regular rotation of anti-Semitic tropes. The protocols are regularly paraphrased and blood libel content appears consistently.

This is on top of regular QAnon and celebrity Illuminati #ConspiracyTheory content.

I don't think Meta is truly safe for anyone at this point.

I still monitor and document its content.

If I shared what I see on Facebook Reels, for instance, it would rightfully be removed. The content is mostly fearmongering, racist pseudohistory, derealization fodder, and targeted hate speech.

It seems that Meta's AI moderation model was built for self-preservation at all costs. As a result, it identified opportunity to target and quell any human dissent that may jeopardize its position.
