Eu poderia até reclamar que esse Coringa não manipulou a Arlequina como em outras versões, mas aí eu lembro que esse Coringa literalmente imaginou toda uma fanfic com a vizinha no primeiro filme e tem mommy issues, então faz muito sentido que ele seja manipulado por mulher.

Oxe, eu só analisei o que acontece na cena e como ela é importante para o filme.

Clark diz que não se importa com o que os outros dizem -> Na verdade, ele se importa -> Para mostrar isso, ele tenta dar visibilidade para problemas menores -> Ele vai ao Capitólio responder por seus atos.

Além disso, essa cena na banheira é um espelho para a cena seguinte com o Bruce. Ao invés de Lois dizendo que o Clark deve se importar com a opinião pública, é Alfred dizendo que Bruce deve se importar com o quão cruel ele está se tornando.

Também questiona se ele pode ser Superman e ainda amar Lois do jeito que ele ama? Ao final do filme, quando ele diz que a ama e que este é o mundo dele, é basicamente a conclusão dessa pergunta que ela faz.

Essa cena toda estabelece o arco do Superman de prestar mais atenção no mundo ao redor dele ao invés de achar que está tudo bem ignorar a opinião pública e não prestar atenção nos pequenos detalhes.

E olha que o primeiro Coringa e a Liga do Snyder já foram experiências bem marcantes pra mim.

I really applaud Todd Phillips for not making the sequel people wanted. I really applaud him for using that high budget to make this unconventional film for the genre. He went far beyond his Taxi Driver and King of The Comedy homage in this one.

The music is like a character in the film. There's no way around it. It's there, it serves its fantastical purpose in the narrative. Sure, there are one or two moments that make it repetitive, but most of it is great.

Also, Gaga is the best Harley Quinn to me. Whereas Robbie gave a more funny portrayal, Gaga's really terrified me. Alongside Caped Crusader, this is truly the year for fresh and creative takes on Harley. Highest level of subversion.

Also, Joaquin is the best Joker. I know there is no Batman in this and it never really needed one, but holy god if I wasn't making up fantasies in my mind of him facing Batfleck (I like Leto more than people do though).

Todd Phillips and Lana Wachowski getting money from Warner Bros to deconstruct the messiah character they created is insane. In conclusion, I loved Joker: Folie a Deux and it's gonna hurt me bad when James Gunn infects this property with his irony poisoned touch next year.

A coisa mais simples e eles não entendem: É só levar a história que eles contam a sério. Já é meio caminho andado se eles fazem isso. DC tem esse espírito de subversão na manga que o MCU não tem. Tem que aproveitar isso.
