A black and white drawing of Aziraphale and Crowley, based on a scene from Camille (1936). They're dressed in men's clothes approximately for the 1840's, and Crowley has long hair in ringlet curls. Aziraphale is kneeling on a chaise, as Crowley is all but pulling him over the back. They're face to face and close enough to kiss, so Aziraphale's hand is on Crowley chest in restraint. They're terribly in love.

I was reminded of Camille (1936), and remembered this scene that I think works well for them, but especially this line--

"No one has ever loved you as I love you."
"That may be true, but what can I do about it?"

Aziraphale and Crowley are both cringe-ass losers and I love that about them. It’s nice seeing them pull off something clever, but I also love it when they’re silly or acting like idiots or failing hard at something, whether that’s an act of plot significance or a hobby or a romantic endeavour

Everyone, to some degree, is a bit of a hypocrite and/or inconsistent. Some more than others, clearly, but I think we all at times fall short of the person we want to be.
