The only thing that really sucks is that I didn't make any money from the sale itself. I had to pay the remaining $63 because they only paid up to the final $63 that was left on my loan. 🥲

I have a very serious question for you all. I would really like any & all opinions.

I'm debating on aiming for one large goal for surgery rather than a goal per injection every 2 to 3 months, but the out of pocket cost for the surgery is $23k. I genuinely want to know what would make more (1/?)
