Going through some Italian library music I found some starting elements, then I wanted to create a contrast with a ‘big synth’ and chords sound.

Started from a sample took from Italian library music from the 70’s, I immediately had to sample that voice, somehow in the vinyl there were some other percussive elements, and verse choir I used in the final composition.

Today I’m sharing “Morning Blue”.
It all started from a Japanese jazz sample — there was this beautiful vocal chorus in the bridge that caught my attention. I chopped it and built a 2009-style beat around it, really raw and simple.

It starts with funky samples on the S950, sequenced with a MIDI groove that reminded me of those raw Arthur Baker breakbeats.

🎧 A Reason
Built around an arpeggiated phrase from the DSI Tetr4 that reminded me of a warm organ tone. I layered in some percussive textures using pottery and wooden elements — aiming for something melodic, organic, and quietly reflective.

This is another one from my all time favourite.
it's called 'Ne Parliamo A Voce', that means 'We'll discuss it by voice', it's a bit tricky to translate, but this is truly one of my all time fav red flags.
