Currently reading Let This Radicalize You, and I'm really feeling this quote. Hope creates change, not despair.

Coping with the real world by stitching tiny bunnies in tiny jackets. A hedgehog friend might join him. And some happy little trees.

I know outrage fatigue is a real thing during this all-out assault on democracy, human rights, and any progress we've made in the past several decades. Stay loud. And if you have the means, donate money to the folks filing the lawsuits.

The new U.S. Department of Education's social media feed is a train wreck of English grammar and usage errors, ignorance, and a hefty dose of hypocrisy. They sure have the best and the brightest over there now. 🙄

Maybe they're providing examples for fifth graders to fix?

When research is subversive and teaching is protest, learning is hope.

Too often, we idolize a "middle" stance as more rational, more fair, more loving. We wear it as its own kind of moral superiority. But virtue is not synonymous with neutrality. Sometimes integrity demands a choice.
