Victory Road is one of the best sports games I've ever played. I actually like it more than the original Mario strikers and that game will always have a place in my heart.

I am still pretty early on in the game. Just beat Milo!

Also I will say it was honestly kinda messed up for the pokemon fandom to baby a pompous asshole like Bede, but treat Hop as a villain for basically no reason when this game came out.

He honestly was the blueprint for how they'd go on to treat Nemona as well. And I happen to love both her and Hop.

Personally I think this game being the one that discontinued the inclusion of every Pokémon was what made it controversial, and maybe that could have been handled better than the "high quality animations" line. But as a game, there's honestly nothing wrong with sword/shield that I can see.

I have just started pokemon sword after having missed it when it came out, and honestly? It's completely inoffensive. Like, it's a pretty standard pokemon switch title and I'm enjoying it thus far.

Also, Yamper, Scorbunny, and Corviknight are awesome additions to the series.

There is a company buying up gaming sites to push gambling and crypto on us all, and their playbook is to take over existing sites and use their history, readership and page rank status to do it.

I've had the issue of the icons disappearing before but as far as I know it hasn't nuked anyone I follow.
