This was yesterday but I MADE MY FIRST S&R TOP 8 AAAAAAAAH

I placed above so many strong players and even beat Railgun in a nailbiter im so happy the grind is paying off

(Previous best result was top12 in an edition barely anyone attended)

Walls covered with prints of AI generated stuff and like 6 flowers in a corner somewhere

-lack of dedicated freeplay setups was meh esp on day 1 and late day 3
-No english comms outside top 8 is stupid
-SF6 should definitely have more stage time, the small stage for top24 was so insanely crowded it was hard to watch it
-Damascus is an incredible host who put his all into this event

Aight waiting at the airport time for thoughts on evo france, first the event itself:
-Amazing venue
-INCREDIBLE crowd
-Smooth production, no major issues on setups
-seeding was AWFUL, ive heard complaints from literally everyone i spoke to.
-really thankful for @HFSplay arcade area

Falling in love with Quake again is like reconnecting with with a long lost friend, been having so much fun again. They really don't make games like this anymore
