Honda can actually punish Sagat really hard for going for the 5mk target combo. Spending extra drive doesn't even do much, you can get 250 extra damage by using EX lift but that's about it

-Revert the scaling nerf to 2mk. Insane to me how that even happened in the first place, it really hurt his mix game a lot

-Give his sweep some sort of purpose. contender for most useless button in the game except for really weird meme combos
-give 2hp more pushback on block so you can use it more reliably without giving up your turn

As that would make him too much of a drc machine, but something like being frame 7 would already help enforce his pressure a lot. Maybe make it -4 OB but +3 OH so he can get 5hk after a dr?
-Slightly more drive gain when landing Oicho. Not gief levels, but give him some reward.

Been thinking about a hypothetical Honda buff wishlist so here goes 🧵:
-Any sort of 2mp buffs. Hitbox buffs, frame data buffs, I'm happy with anything. it's such a core part of his offense but its so slow and stubby for not much reward. They shouldn't overbuff it... (1/?)

Every time I try to write I know exactly what to write beforehand but the moment I open a document all the words just get chucked right out of my brain permanently and I can't get anything out. this is torture

Honestly thinking about this game I have so many ideas for the type of game I would make if I wanted to make something like this, but then I think about how much art, music and programming that would need (none of those are skills I have) and I get sad :(

But then again idk if what I would want to write would fit in a tumblr post since I can literally write an hour long essay about why Mirror's Edge Catalyst is the most interesting 6/10 game ever made (and don't even get me started on why Dark Souls II is great actually)

awwww that actually means so much. I have a lot of dreams about writing video essays because I have so much to say on some games but then I would have to actually make the video and write the script which is usually where I get stuck :( maybe I'll open a tumblr or smth?

I mean with how much black space areas are apparently either optional or hidden away in black space 2 combined with the fact that the game is already pretty long... wouldn't surprise me

Not enough to replay it for the alternate route, which does look very interesting, pretty sad I can't explore black space 2. I suppose I should really get to playing Yume Nikki... (end)

but still (though I gotta say I loved Sweetheart as a character). Finally the dialogue was also all over the place, sometimes being really strong but sometimes just being sappy or not very interesting. Overall I did enjoy it quite a bit, but... (4/5)

Finally finished Omori! I absolutely adored the surrealist and horror parts of the game, but didn't really care for the "normal" parts of the game in both headspace and the irl segments. The game's pacing was really all over the place and it massively dragged... (1/?)
