Let's make it official!

All streamers that earn RARE or above and maintain their streaming at least once every 14 days will keep their content perpetually!

You know what! Let us make an official policy on this and we will get back!

But I've heard through the grapevine that there will be NO limits on storage for active creators that are RARE or above. More to come when I know!!

I know there are a lot of requests and upgrades planned so I wanted to give you all a little rundown of what to expect throughout 2025 as we move forward: ● Opening up our public API to allow integrations with 3rd party software ● Working to integrate with companies like Discord to get other types of integrations set up for your servers and streams! ● More customization and accessibility options across the site ● In-depth stream and user statistics ● Large-scale VOD control and Clipping ability ● In-depth discussions with our top creators about the direction the platform should move going forward ● Community-driven events such as Emote Design Competitions, Animation Design Competitions, and other community-focused things! Remember, this site is by streamers for EVERYONE, and I want to make sure our culture continues to be one that enforces that. A large part of that community focus is that I want to be completely transparent with how our company runs and handles all the revenue that we generate. Since our release in July of 2024; we have made a grand total of…………… ZERO DOLLARS. I know that is hard to believe, a company’s job is to make money right? Well, I do not personally believe that. My job is to make a service that is good for streamers, good for the community, and good for as many people as possible. So, pushing forward making revenue is not my primary focus. That being said, there are costs to running the service, which is why we have links via Ko-Fi for the community to help support us. If you are able to support at all, and wish to help us with this, your contribution would be immeasurable. Even if you are unable to support financially, there are plenty of ways you can help grow Strim without ever giving a cent, auch as sharing the site, getting people in, and driving traffic and new users! This journey is not possible without YOU. The community around us has been so supportive and kind, we cannot thank you enough. We look forward to a new year …
