thinking about posting about my music listening journey here... seems like something fun 🎶

I have a very specific music taste where over 10 years of listening to music i only have under 243 songs total added (I add and remove music alot based on feeling)

While I agree I would love to have all characters interact with each other, I was also never expecting them to. I understood the impossibilities of something like that and I hope with this thread you can and anyone else who reads this can as well!

With all that said I didn’t even factor how precise companies are with IPs. The workload would be extremely unrealistic.

For reference smash bros Ultimate only had 3 playable characters mention other characters once each.

And pit and palutenas guidance.

Now let’s look at what that number would be if all 56 characters released interacted with each other in rivals mode

An estimated 6,160 voice lines in rivals and a possible 12,320 voice lines if you include mid race dialogue.

For reference SA2 has 2,726 voice lines.

Wanted to put some perspective on this situation on Bluesky.

Sonic frontiers has - 746 voice lines

For rival interactions alone at 24 characters it’s estimated 1,104 voice lines.

Now if you account for voice lines while racing we are looking at possibly double that at 2,208 voice lines.
