DOE climate report response form We are collecting names to assemble a writing team to respond to the DOE climate working group report. If you'd like to contribute, enter your info below. At this point, there is no guarantee what we'll do (if anything), but we want to keep our options open by collecting names. If you have any further questions, feel free to email me. We are primarily looking for Ph.D. scientists at universities or government labs in appropriate fields. I realize that this will exclude some qualified people and I apologize, but we felt this was necessary for a variety of reasons.

I targeted industrial ag for the biodiversity score and went for efficiencies in concrete, shipping, electrification etc early for the emissions reductions

I expected a cute little phone game about #climate and emissions reductions, and I was wrong. The sheer number of interconnected policies, infrastructure, research options and political allies / foes is daunting and impressive!

LA is burning & our implicit political baseline is still that climate policies are acceptable if and only if they require zero sacrifice or even mild lifestyle change on anyone's part.

Building back better is hard because people also want build back fast and those don't always go hand in hand. btw just noticed your work - very cool! We're training cohorts of undergrads on EnRoads to do sci communication. Hoping they'll do the full ambassador route.
