I appreciated the "who cares?" remark too. It was so blase and dismissive, but not emotive. Perfectly played.

Lot to criticize him for but that ain't one.

Carney on the status of multilateralism as a concept in light of Trump boycotting the G20: "I look at it more from who shows up, who engages, who does the work, and who builds. And Canada shows up, and Canada engages."
