the stripe plugins are very good too, i think the setup time/effort would be similar to paypal if you used plugins and didn't code it from scratch yourself

yes and the time it takes for the delivery is usually really long too, so the experience for the customer is generally worse than doing it via the app (probably by design)

as someone who does restaurant websites for a living, this is still way better than ordering via the door dash app. in these cases, they are using door dash just for the delivery, and door dash does not get the typical 30% of the whole order, they just get the delivery fee
