The Inter American Court of Human Rights has issued an advisory opinion on care work, both paid and unpaid (currently only available in Spanish).

Niche post, while reading ICJ oral submissions: no one, not even the US counsel, seems to mention the 'rules based international order' before the ICJ. It's 'international law' all down the line. Make of *that* what you will.
