60.00 was for a decent copy of New Gods #1. Kinda made sure first issues were the best, and other copies were in G to VG condition. Not paying for anything near mint.

When I collected a few years ago, Kirby’s main DC and Marvel stuff, I never paid more than 60.00.

Ah….makes sense. I’d imagine an original copy would set you back a few thousand.
