Dancefloor Decorum:
Respect personal space, my darlings—always ask before twirling or twostep-ing too close!
Be courteous, kind, and positively dazzling to fellow dancers.
Moshpit Manners:
Look out for one another—friendship is magic, even in a moshpit!

As we dance the night away to sensational sounds and spirited melodies, please keep these elegant yet essential guidelines in mind:

ALL TEAMS WILL BE CHOSEN AT RANDOM ON THE DAY
we cannot guarantee that your team will be chosen as it depends on sign-up numbers.

ANY OFFENSIVE TEAM NAMES WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE REMOVED - PLEASE CHOOSE SOMETHING APPROPRIATE FOR A GENERAL AUDIENCE

Each team requires FOUR players - we do not need to know player names, just your team "Captain" (ie: the person filling in this form) and your Team Name! You could even just sign up and recruit some friends on the day!
