I feel awful that I can't keep up with everyone. I'm bad at replying to people, checking in on friends, even people I care dearly about. I wish I had the mental capacity to talk with people more and not go months without messaging people. I don't ignore or forget to message anyone intentionally.

I think the first time I realized just how harmful LLMs could be, was when I was writing a website with a section full of mental health support helplines, and VSCode/Copilot (which I didn't know how to disable at the time) kept trying to autocomplete them with phone numbers that *did not exist*
