Purged my email and cleaned up some clutter in my PC life. Going to try to take a different approach to some things to prevent the clutter from happening again.

Had a weird dream last night that I was someone else, jumped into an parallel universe, people could die and "respawn" at the death spot, dying would allow you to rewrite parts of the parallel universe which had a butterfly effect.

Like, seriously, wtf?

Man, I needed an ArtStation account for something and I've spent more time trying to figure out how to register because their site wants to integrate too many things together and their registration process doesn't allow me to continue on without an explanation. Like, holy shit, what a shit site.

The references weren't visible in the UI in any way. They were just stale data within controller.

TL;DR: I was experimenting with transforms in Direct Blend Trees which are additive. I did not get the results that I wanted so I reused that layer for something else. Those layers/BTs still had references to my tests giving me the wrong behavior. Recreating that layer fresh fixed it. #UnityThings

Man… I have something wrong with my Unity project and IDK what’s the problem with it. Weird warnings within Gesture Manager and odd symptoms. Not looking forward to wasting time debugging this. /cry

Ended up not doing exactly what I wanted to do today but gave a few other non-fun tasks attention and finally finished instead. I’ll take that simple W today.

I changed the way I work a couple of months ago to follow this advice, it made a big difference and my productivity went up by miles.

It's Ar-rawr-rawr!!

I'm curious on the feedback since people that I talked to talked me into doing the work in Substance Painter because it's easier for people to change their colors, export, and move on. Unless you understand how Blender works, that is kind of a pain for inexperienced and non-technical buyers.

Ear pods solved this for me. While people do the stupid, I just put my ear pieces in and listen to music or other more interesting things. Highly recommend! :)
