More important; know your boundaries and needs. It's easy to keep a toxic "friendship" bc they're slowly eroding your heart. If you are feeling frustrated, tired, and put into situations, it's worth asking yourself when does it stop?

A lot of toxic friendships become clear when you say "no".

It is. Not surprisingly, it's a really good book. Worth the read.
