It's genuinely surprising to me to look back at my old work and think "Wow, I did a pretty damn good job on that." Didn't used to happen at all, but now it's probably the majority? Or at the very least a smile of "I had fun with that one." At worst "I could do that better now. Maybe I will."

Believe me, I was as surprised as anyone anytime it popped up. At this point I mostly only ever bring it up to get that kind of "...wait, really?" reaction from people who know me lol
