I buy jetts inhaler from the human pharmacy. They really are helpful and so much cheaper. I can buy 3nfor the price of one from the vet. Its worth asking for quotes.

The tablets are cheaper too. I've used both, jett minds neither.

I have my fan on this morning

I take it at night. I take one capsule most nights and if I need to have a boost because I'm not sleeping i up it to 3 capsules for a night or two. Never take magnesium citrate by the way, it has an incredible laxative effect.

I take it every day for my sleep.

Oh no. Poor Harry. Hope he heals quickly. Have you tried magnesium glycinate? It helps our bodies to work, including regulating blood sugars and improves sleep.
