That's how my mom used to make it! She called it frito chili pie. I should do a followup comic about all the great ways to serve/eat chili. :)

Two dark green bowl plates (you can only see one corner of the bowl on the right). The are Fritos in the bottom, topped with turkey chili with beans, shredded cheddar cheese, and a dollop of sour cream on top.
Been craving chili for a while, so made some turkey chili riffing on the recipe from @sarahbecan.bsky.social’s newsletter the other week with buckeye beans from @ranchogordo.bsky.social. It was super tasty! Served my favorite way, with Fritos, cheddar, and sour cream. 🍜🍽️
