It's been all about the #poppies today!

First up was the #knitandnatter group making these #beautiful knitted poppies for the JH Godwin #remembrancegarden. We then finished the evening with a workshop with the #WI ladies who made some more clay poppies! Thank you all 💚

A very creative day 🧶🎨

Today we visited the wonderful #DeePointPrimarySchool in #Blacon to officially open their #StarsShelter 🌟

This #beautiful #outside space is already being enjoyed by both pupils and staff 💚

Well done to everyone involved! You've created such a #calming and #vibrant #schoolgarden 🌿🌻

During our weekly #wellbeingwalk we took our lovely walkers down to see the new #dragonfly at the Countess of #Chester Country Park.

Busy #gardening session with the pupils 🌿 We've planted out our #pumpkins, checked up on our #hedgehog footage (🦔 & 🦊 are wondering the grounds) and admired our #strawberries - not long and they'll be ready to eat 🍓

Growing season has begun down at #Hoole #allotments! We've been supporting @chaptermh.bsky.social and their wonderful #volunteers on a Thursday afternoon, helping to transform their plot. #leeks #lettuce #beans, #strawberries #courgettes have gone in but so much more to do 💪🌼

They were brilliant on the walk and very helpful serving teas and coffee afterwards - thank you!
