I love Westerns (and Marvin and Fonda), but I first saw it as a teenager in the mid-1980s and it was hopelessly dated then.

Tied with RIDE LONESOME as my favorite Ranown Western. But my all-time favorite Boetticher/Scott one is SEVEN MEN FROM NOW, which really needs a 4K upgrade.

That episode of Star Trek scared me immensely as a child. I couldn't wrap my head around that...thing! Couldn't process what it was. As ridiculous as it sounds now, as a kid it was real nightmare fuel.
