They even asked -permission- to use my blurbs describing each mini as they didn’t want to plagiarize. An interesting dichotomy with the use of Gen AI but one that points to a pureness of intention that led me to worry less. Again I hope they’ll consider a human made substitute in the near future.

As an illustrator and designer I am always bummed to see Gen AI, however, they are a very early stages printer and all my interactions with them have shown them to be incredibly kind. I do hope one day when more established they’ll update it. I’ll make it clear though, I’m not an AI supporter.

From 2007 to 2010, I created a webcomic named “Exploding Wumpus” which had this unfortunate creature as its mascot. It felt long overdue to render one in 3D and bring it to life in resin.
