I'm used to working for companies that require a GDD for greenlight milestones. My current project is much more flexible though, and it's been really nice to be able to flex as we discover which parts of the game are the most fun.

AI training doesn't work that way. An LLM requires weights trained on MASSIVE amounts of data. You can never "just train an AI on your own art" - no one human can generate enough art for that to give good results. You can only use your art to refine a trained AI to better mimic your style.
