At the feast, which was at a ~$800 pp restaurant, the ice wine was cleared out by half time. The $1000 bottle of wine was barely touched.

I don't know if the billionaire actually invested but what did happen was a surge of Chinese investment into wineries in the Niagara region.

So I went to the LCBO and asked their most expensive bottle of wine. As in, sort price - highest to lowest. They had to pull a manager out to explain the complexity of wine and ofc I couldn't understand any of it

My mum pulled me aside and asked me to instead buy one expensive bottle and some Canadian ice wine

So the story goes, I just turned 19 and my mums friend was hosting a billionaire from China to convince him to invest in a business or something

They sent me to buy some wine and he just handed me his credit card to buy the two most expensive bottles of wine from the LCBO

Funny thing is, ordinary people have to communicate politely, our emails need to have perfect grammar and word choices appropriate
