I understand the pressure of "not making the most of the time you have that they didn't" but there is value to learning how to be okay with sometimes standing still. You are worth more than your list of accomplishments.

How are you hanging in? I know I had a tough time when I officially became older than my father ever was. It sounds like you have thrice the burden/gift.
