I had to figure out something related to my health insurance yesterday. I had a 60ish page document written in a language I can’t read well. I dropped the pdf in Claude, asked it a specific question, and it looked up the relevant info, searched the web and found someone in network nearby.

Did I have to verify things at each step? Yes, I had it give me page numbers so I could manually check. I googled the provider it mentioned to make sure they were real and where they said they were. But like, c’mon that’s clearly useful.
