Recently,at sundown I been switching my phone to red light.It's a setting in android and Apple phones.It is supposed to help wind you down by cutting out blue light from your phones screen.
So I tried it,and wow! I been going to sleep really quick and having a good night sleep,highly recommended

Hi, I have searched for her on here, but i also couldn't find her, I follow her on Instagram and x although she don't post much on x as she used to and I follow her new youtube channel that I shared the documentary from, yeah, she does great documentaries as a film maker.

I am currently listening to the audiobook "The Creative Act: A Way of Being" by Rick Rubin... All I can say is wow! It's a must read for any budding artists (like myself) out there, there is some golden nuggets in this book, highly recommended.
