Radio set up using white noise and UV light and crystals

Been having some very good paranormal voices come through from my new Radio set up just using white noise on the FM band.
My Sanyo Radio (1983) with Crystals in front of it and a UV light that penetrates the crystals shining onto the radio itself, Might add a IR lamp too

The first EVP featured 'Susan' was my great grandmother Hurbets wife.

After a break, I am now back to recording for the EVP everymorning when the house is quiet...I only use two regular digital recorders in a controlled environment, as all electrical equipment is switched off and external noises tagged or noted to rule out false positives.

Recently,at sundown I been switching my phone to red light.It's a setting in android and Apple phones.It is supposed to help wind you down by cutting out blue light from your phones screen.
So I tried it,and wow! I been going to sleep really quick and having a good night sleep,highly recommended
