The big thing to note is sane people can no longer take the high road because it literally hasn't gotten us anywhere. Newsom is just fighting fire with fire. Trump HATES being made fun of. So, that's exactly what this is: making fun of Trump in exactly HIS OWN style of posting, verbiage, etc.

There is plenty of statesmanship here that gets little attention. This is not what we want but it isn't bonkers - it is fighting fire with fire. We are doing whatever it takes to save our democracy and this seems to be working in taking some attention away from the attention-hoarding president.

I guess you haven't been paying attention to the child we have in the White House. (Sad!) also I've lived in both Ireland and the UK. Plenty of dumbfuck weirdo politicians there. If you can't say anything positive or supportive maybe keep it zipped?

Dem governors might be working with each other. IL Gov JB Pritzker went on the Sunday shows last week and did the serious bit. NY Gov Hochul did a big blitz last week. To take down this cult it’s going to take a lot of different approaches. What Newsom is doing is fine, appears to be hitting a nerve
