expiration of her term only βupon notice and hearing, for neglect of duty or malfeasance in
office, but for no other cause,β pursuant to 29 U.S.C. Β§ 153(a); it is further

BREAKING: the U.S. District Court in D.C. has found that Trumpβs firing of former NLRB Chair Gwynne A. Wilcoxβs firing was unlawful, and ruled that she must be immediately reinstated to serve out the rest of her term as a board member.
