You may have noticed that some of our recent posts mention South Central PA DSA. We’re excited to *officially* announce our name and territory change!

The first hour, 2:00–3:00 PM, will be a Dauphin County-specific planning session, emphasizing local strategies and organizing needs.

Cumberland County members can join at 3:00 PM for the full branch portion. We are super looking forward to building on the success of our last meeting!

The Dauphin–Cumberland DSA Branch will be meeting on Saturday, Feb. 21 from 2:00–5:00 PM at Rookie's Craft Burger Bar in Harrisburg!

We had a great time watching Parasite and discussing its symbolism on capitalism and class divides, yesterday. It was great welcoming new faces, and old ones too. Our Political Education Committee plans to have more events like this one in the future!

We have a virtual option, but we hope you’ll drop by in person! Please RSVP so we know how many to expect.

After the meeting, we’ll be heading to an optional direct action training from 2:30 to 5:30. Great for beginners and seasoned organizers alike.

Nearly 75 of you came to the Planning Commission meeting, so we’re asking you to pack city hall again.

Tuesday, Aug 12th @ 6:30 PM at City Hall. Register for public comment by 2 PM on Tuesday at bit.ly/lancpubliccomment (link in bio) to speak during the first comment period.

We need YOU at this Tuesday’s City Council meeting. We’re continuing to apply pressure about the AI data centers in Lancaster.

What are we pushing for? We’re telling City Council that they should immediately request zoning amendments before any more damage is done to our community.

3. If you live in York County, send a letter to Peach Bottom Township and the York County Commissioners about the proposed 825 megawatt AI facility in Peach Bottom.
