It’s #Thanksgiving morning! We are starting off with some old school dim sum, a little shop above a wet market on Java Rd. Fresh made chow fung, hargow, pork & rice. So simple. So good.

Also, traditional Cantonese practice of rinsing little dishes in hot tea before use.
