I feel like maybe it's a cheat to mention but open world RPGs ala Skyrim/Fallout that have extensively loving mods made just for the purpose would've benefit from allowing the monsters fully sized and capable of doing so .. to do so.

Honestly, my absolute fave point of New Vegas is giving you a mountain of finishing options with some legitimately terrible directions and still having the balls to give you the choice of saying "Nah fuck all of these guys" instead of trying to shoehorn you into certain paths.

I honestly have no beef with the NCR (aside from taxes) but I'm still of the full idea that New Vegas should be allowed to own itself.
