This photo is probably summer of 1978 in Canada. We had gone up to see family and camp with some of my Dad’s brothers.

He was an excellent father and a craftsman in his work. He painted houses and could build anything to suit the need. He was in a few Elvis movies, plus some other shows as an extra.

Yes! I am also very into genealogy and happened upon your blog while googling something. It was a pleasant surprise and we really enjoyed reading it. I shared it with my sister and we never knew that he had his new name picked out before he even left Canada.
