Part of me feels like Dark Souls wouldn't have caught on if the first game had difficulty settings. It'd be "cheap", "pointless", etc.

Arcade games had a relatively granular difficulty option via credit feeding and it played a big part in them written off as "button mashers"/"quarter munchers".

Yule Calendar illustrated by Mauri Kunnas. Tonttus (elves?) are outside of the Joulupukki's (Santa Claus) workshop playing some sport. Some tonttu are playing while others are observing and cheering their favorite team. The picture is very detailed and there numbers from 1 to 24 for each door of the calendar.

For the Day 1 we find two traveling crows, perhaps from Great Britain, sitting on golf club like sport equipment. Behind the two birds, a small dog is buried in the snow with only his head and limbs visible.

December is here once again, and I will share my Yule Calendar in this thread.

This calendar is illustrated by a famous Finnish children's author Mauri Kunnas. His art is known for small but funny details. So everyday should be something fun and cute to look at.
