Jack Black’s episode ruled, but this sketch comprised of friends one upping each other, and then playing to the camera was super unique and the one i’ve rewatched the most this season.

The sequel to S49’s “Washington’s Dream”. It’s the same premise, but it’s still a great representation of absurdity in a lane that every person on Earth can find funny.

From the season finale, this felt like letting Mikey Day try something he’d been trying to get on the air for years. And it totally paid off. Sometimes the stupid stuff just works.

We didn’t see much from Devon this year, but his Weekend Update appearance was one of the most unique we’ve seen, as he made fun of the viral trend of influencers showing off their daily workout routine.

A subtle show at Morgan Wallen and his band the week after he walked off the stage during Goodnights, but the bass guitar bit is fun and Heidi Gardner’s performance here is outstanding.

The post election episode, featured a wonderful cold open, where many of the show’s cast members speak directly to Donald Trump and say they’ve always supported him.

Not an overly unique concept, just Jack Black owning the entire stage, setting the tone perfectly for the best SNL episode of the season.

A Chris Rock type premise if there ever was one. He plays Santa’s helper, and this year at the mall you can choose to get your picture made with the white Santa or the black Santa.
