Glad you caught that, totally intentional...I wanted to add a variety of images and the cyborg was perfect. For the most part the lip sync isn't bad, but it definitely wouldn't pass for someone who can read lips. Skin details and bodies can also distort badly. For all the flaws, I'm still amazed.

I know it's been a while, but thank you! - it was a fun concept to try. I've got a lot of different outtakes trying to perfect how it went.

This one was an early attempt before I thought to just prompt for pulling the tshirt over the head to help mask the transition. I love the little jump.

This is the #nsfw version of my other post. I love the subtlety of the morphing, both images were Ai generated and then fed into a Wan 2.2 model for the animation, all done locally in ComfyUi.
