The Kentucky Supreme Court got it right. Public education dollars belong in our public schools.
In a unanimous decision, the Court ruled that House Bill 9 violates our state constitution and that tax dollars cannot be diverted to charter schools without voter approval.

This shouldn't be a partisan issue. Powerful people, on an international scale, who have allegedly committed heinous crimes, are being protected by Pam Bondi and the D.O.J.
Since when are we a nation that protects pedophiles? The victims of Jeffrey Epstein and his network deserve justice.
The singular legislative accomplishment Trump and Republicans achieved with all that power was a law that cuts taxes for billionaires, slashes health care for working Americans, AND blows up the deficit.
