โ๏ธ: Workout COMPLETED - Did this later than usual so that was rough, only did 15 minutes BUUUUT I wasn't as sore today! gonna try to go back to 35 minutes tomorrow, by next week I wanna try to get up to 45 minutes everyday!

i dont rlly see a difference myself (i cant tell if its a real thing or just like a body dysmorphia thing) but i REALLY want to see a difference this year
i figure i could start sharing what my workout looks like after i finish so this was yesterday
it would be cool to get to a point to do up to an hour+ without wanting to die but today my body doesn't hurt as much as yesterday!
