You are not a burden.

You are not alone.
You are worthy of good things and you can do hard things. 🫶🏾

That being said, I’m finally beginning to feel like myself again, slowly but surely, and I’m sooo happy because I thought I’d completely lost myself for a while there.

And the wild part is…. Many people understood…. And I had support…. And I didn’t need to isolate myself…
It’s so crazy how your mind can play tricks on you bruh.

It was shitty because I felt so alone…. I felt like nobody understood where I was coming from…. I isolated myself because I didn’t want to kill anyone’s vibe (which made matters worse…) I self-sabotaged… I was all over the place mentally and I was suffering.

I recently dealt with a really bad bout of anxiety/depression for like… 3-4 months and I could not come out of it… I felt helpless af every single day…. The anxiety was crippling…. The depression kept me in bed most days…. I was down baddddd….
