It's our last night in London and we saw Operation Mincemeat. It was great and now I understand why it won all the awards. We could not get seats next to each other, so I sat up in the nosebleed section which really is not meant for people with long legs.

Tomorrow we start for home.

Saw Stephen Fry in the Importance of Being Earnest tonight. Such a great show, cast, costumes and staging! Also 15,000 steps today in London.

Took hundreds of photos in Belgium and not one selfie. So I snapped this one yesterday in a rare moment of sunshine for you.

Today we leave Bruges and stop in at Ghent before heading to Brussels and taking the Eurostar back to London. Then a few more days in London before heading home.

Just made it to our hotel in London. Only 4pm back in the states, but wiped out. Ate all the snacks in the room and going to zonk out shortly. Tomorrow is rest day and on Monday we head to Belgium for the week.

Thanks for bringing back this memory! Loved this song. Just added it to my gym playlist to keep it in rotation. I was 18 in 1984.

I had one lobe of my thyroid removed. So I am now hypo. To make up for the missing bit, I take 50 McG (0.05 mg) daily first thing in the morning before food.

I'm on Levothyroxine and it is not too bad for a lifelong medication. I hardly notice it (because it is doing its job) except for when the insurance company gets dodgy and I have to do without for a bit.

I liked the new ending! I thought Nadine was masterful in her facial expressions. However the set was a little stark for my taste.

Just finished it. Am left with so many questions. Something to keep my mind occupied I guess on sleepless nights. Highly recommend this one!

And just learned that there is a third one 'Strange Buildings' coming out in March.

Got to take a break, about half way through. Much to ponder. Aside from his other work, this is easily the most compelling thing I have read in ages.

I hit my 75th workout milestone! I have been at this 6 months now and have been a little complacent lately. Back at it now with renewed motivation to hit my goals.

I had the same experience. I created a list with my mutuals and am using that instead. Works great so far.

Just created my own Mutuals list. Had been using one of the feeds, but it has been slow to update and has been missing posts. Happy to see faces I have been missing out on for a while.

This is the brand I buy here in the US. They also have a GF Blueberry flavor. I generally do not like GF bread, but these taste like waffles should taste and crunch.
