Went thru some heavy emotional shit earlier and my heart was hammering insanely. Like I thought it was gonna full on beat out of my chest. My chest was moving hard with every beat. Felt almost like a cartoon character.

My resting rate is about 72 bpm. Used to be 84 before I lost a bunch of weight and started getting healthier :)
