Could Iran use drones to wipe out oil production in the Middle East the same way Ukraine is wrecking Russia? Countries like Saudia Arabia are well protected and much smaller than Russia, but Iran has _tens of thousands_ of drones. How long can they keep shooting them down?

Somebody is saying they hacked the traffic cameras in Tehran and tracked Khamenei for months. If true, that's just crazy.

The Israelis got Khamenei. That is a surprise. Usually leaders are the last to go, like with Saddam and his spider hole.

They must have some amazing intelligence.

So I'm still reading "Caves of Steel," and oh my, it's chapter 4. "Introduction To A Marriage." I loves Asimov's writing generally, but somehow I forgot how bad he was at writing women characters.

I don't drive, so this Superstore is the only one of two I can reach on the bus. And I've been going there since the store opened!

I'm not going to stay away from there! I'm going to go back whenever I please, dammit. If there's trouble I'll have to explain I didn't do anything.

As I left I passed the manager, who was going over to see her.

And that's it. It was an ugly, squalid incident. And now I'm wondering if I should have stayed and defended myself to the manager. No doubt she showed him my picture on her phone. Am I banned from the store now? I did nothing wrong.

...and demanding to see the manager. I could have said something there, like "You're the one following me." But she didn't seem to realize I was there, so I decided to just leave. Escalating the whole thing and getting in a shouting match with her wouldn't help anybody...

Then I finished doing my shopping, which at least another 15 minutes. I went to the checkout and paid for my groceries. And there in the next checkout aisle is the woman, still yelling about me...
