We filmed in Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura for WWD2025 too! We nearly did La Palma as well, but the Azores edged it out

I'm not sure the giant taxa would have had anatomy like the little guys! From what I can tell, the Deltadromeus foot material doesn't seem to show signs of a larger sickle claw - but who knows with these guys

If you're doomscrolling, guess what? So far there are 51 kākāpō chicks hatched and thriving this season, the same number of birds as we had in TOTAL in the 90s! Only one chick has died and there are still fertile eggs waiting to hatch!

Rendered out a test shot of this vocalising Cryolophosaurus! It's all a bit janky and I have a lot to learn, but it is so fun working in Blender that I can see myself doing loads more of these little shorts.

Transitioning has many ups and downs - today was a down day. Turns out my skin reacts *remarkably* poorly to both laser and electrolysis! But hey ho, we push on and find ways forward.

I cannot begin to express how excited I am for Surviving Earth - so many of my wonderful TV and paleo- friends have poured their hearts into it. It really looks like something very special.
