How voters have changed their minds since July.

Headline story is obviously the fact one third of 2024 Labour voters currently say they wouldn't vote Labour, but also notable just 13% of Labour 'defectors' are switching to the Conservatives.

Always read Rob's thoughts but particularly on this I'm not sure reporting has yet caught up with the reality of fragmented contests, and it will need to do so rapidly before the locals in May where we see all this but even more so with higher votes for independents and local groups.

A year ago yesterday, my cousin ended her life by VSED as terrible though that was, she thought it preferable to her terminal illness prolonging her death. She did her utmost to make sure others would have a different choice.

Haven't thought too much about VI polls because there haven't been many and some polling companies haven't done any since the election. But since I'm thinking alot about LibDems today, it is interesting their vote *share* is holding up even when a chunk of it was 'tactical'.
