Just another modeling project I completed back in November last year was my 5th and final attempt at a J88. It's made from a cut and shut Mainline J72 body and the Electrotren 0-6-0 chassis with some NB parts added to the body

It feels weird that ALS is going to be 10 years old this year

I know I don't post as much here as I should but here's my latest project I've finally got sorted by numbering my J37 into LNER 30s livery earlier this week. I need to look at fixing the numbers in some places but I'm happy with the results

Not shared pictures of my model purchase from last month at Perth. It's an NBR Y10. Completely scratch built and the number 1010

Still remember when we met up to film parts of that episode as I think that's when we went to Harburn and I bought the rest of the J36s I had on order. I still also remember have fun voicing Haig.

After regauging my J37 loco body chassis. I was able to regauge the tender chassis. This is it pulling a small goods on my clubs layout. Now to look at changing her from BR to LNER 30s condition

So I recently bought an EM gauge J37. It was a lovely model but as I model in OO I had to swap the axels over from EM to OO. Here is the loco running after swapping the axels over last night. She's missing her tender as I still need to swap the tender wheels over.

I've barely posted anything on here for a while so here's a video of my Jones Goods pulling a rail tour style train at Model Rail Scotland on my clubs layout Glendevon back in February. Thanks to Linny for filming the video.

One of those passings that's quite hard to process. But Britt (and David), in bringing Thomas to television, introduced him to kids like me, at the perfect age to fall in love with Sodor and all of its stories. I think that's a legacy to admire.
